WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders that include in-stock items and is placed before 4pm, will ship the same day. We ship orders everyday (including Saturday), except Sunday.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped using an overnight service. Due to Level 3 & 4 restrictions NZ Post is currently encountering a 2 – 3 day delay on all deliveries. For updates please visit NZ Post’s website here. All same-day orders will be delivered within 60 minutes of dispatch.
DO ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
All orders do not require a signature or identification.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order on our tracking page here.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Nationwide overnight delivery is $5.99. This is free if your order is over $50 in value. Same-day delivery is $8.99.
HOW DOES SAME-DAY DELIVERY WORK?
Same-day delivery is available to every address in: Palmerston North, Rongotea, Feilding, Linton and Ashhurst. This costs $8.99. If you live in Palmerston North you will get your order within 60 minutes. If you live in another area you will usually get your order within 3 hours.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
All orders are shipping using CourierPost. Our same-day delivery service is provided by Tournemain Couriers.
DO YOU HAVE DISCREET SHIPPING?
Yes! We can discreetly pack your order. No remarks of KLOUD or the package’s contents will be visible on the box. Just enter “discreet shipping” in the order notes, or if you have already placed an order just flick us a message here along with your request.
WHAT WILL SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?
When using a credit/debit card for payment a generic name (instead of “KLOUD”) will be shown on your statement. For direct deposit payments you can choose the name! For POLi payments “KLOUD NZ” will be displayed on your statement.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept direct deposit using internet banking as well as POLi. POLi instantly marks your order as paid, compared to direct deposit where we will have to wait for your payment to clear in our account. We will be offering credit/debit card and Laybuy payment facilities later this week.
